I'm having a similar issue but regarding the Nellis AFB holodisk, but I cannot find any trace of an npc body/part or anything I can interact with in the whole of the surrounding area or even the crater indicated by the quest marker. I've also used no clip to search under and in pretty much everything there. Any idea how I can get past this or use a console command? I'm being a pleb and can't get any to work.
