This has indeed solved the problem. Thank you very much =D However ive been quite sick and wile in my medicated state mainly confined to my bed and computer ive become quite accustom to using my mouse and keyboard. Ive passed this info on to Bethesda support and maybe they can help some people with the same problem out.

Is there is some kind of "repair" or "fix Tool" i can use on the files to see if something was damaged or not installed properly? i actually looked..... i couldn't find anything So i found some more stuff out and sent a email to Skyrim support...... ill highlight the important bits and a happy accident i found if you have read everything thus far.

Well i just got the controller yesterday, so i haven't really used it on anything else. See i actually own a ps3 and i got a converter for it yesterday to use it with ps3 (works great on the ps3)...... So i cant say that it works well with any other games. Should i test it out with Oblivion? (before you ask, No, i don't have the converter plugged in with it when i use the PC) Yes i have it enabled in the options. As i said every other button works just fine. Its just the R2 and L2 attack triggers that cause it to freeze.

So im having a really weird problem. I'm playing Skyrim on PC and i wanted to use my 360 controller i just got and for some reason every time i try and attack using ether R2 or L2 the buttons everything just freezes.... and i mean everything. However as soon as i unplug the controller everything is back to normal and no other buttons trigger the freeze. Just the R2 and L2 triggers. Ive tried looking this issue up on quite a few sites looking at bug list, ive looked here on the forums, and Ive found nothing regarding this problem. O i guess i should mention the full 360 ring flashes all the time on the controller the whole time its plugged in as well. Not sure if that's relivent or not. Edit: SOLVED........ mostly
