I remember the guy that made the model for this had some other stuff in the pipeline too. Are we going to be seeing that in this mod as well? -
I'm getting a bizarre issue with the rifle grips. Whenever I walk forward while holding the two handed weapon, there's this weird tilt upward, as shown in the image under the cut. I am running Weapon Animation Replacers (installed with Gopher's FOMOD) and Enhanced Camera. I have tried disabling all my mods, removing the SKSE plugin for Enhanced Camera, nada, glitch is still there. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and, if so, how do I fix it?

Sorry to nerco this thread, but has any new progress been made on this?

That ended up working perfectly. I was manually removing masters from the file header before, but this worked out much better. Thank you very much!

Ooops cr*p, sorry, misread the nature/meaning of your post, ignore my ramblings.... I figure it had something to do with the weird way that the DLC work causing my issues, but my main problem was the fact that I can't seem to edit the file in the manner I wish too since if I remove the masters in FNVEdit the game no longer works.

OK, I'm starting up a new playthrough of New Vegas and I'd like to use jsawyer.esp. However, my load order is getting pretty cramped. So I'd rather not use the Courier's Stash DLC, cause that's four more on my load order than I feel like I need. So, I'm trying to modify jsawyer in FNVEDIT for my own purposes, so it doesn't need the Pre Order DLC. However, if I remove said files from jsawyer's masters, I get the error where New Vegas boots up, but there's not mouse cursor or main menu text. I've tried removing all entries in jsawyer that belong to the Courier's Stash esps, and no dice, still no main menu. I know the way Courier's Stash files work with the game is kinda (record injection or something) and that may have something to do with it, but really, I just want to use jsawyer without those files. So, what I'm asking is: is there any way I could go about removing the Courier's Stash dependency from jsawyer in FNVEdit or the GECK, and still have my game, yknow, work?

There's so many factors that go in the success of mods, with timing, unfortunately being a massive one. See you in the future someguy, you've made some great mods, hope that you continue to do so in the future.

Aw, well, thanks for the attempt. You bring up concerns I hadn't thought of, such as making it really feel like part of the Fort, and messing with terrain. Does this have an estimated release window yet? I'm waiting for this and a couple other mods before I start a new character.

I've used that mod before. It's pretty good, but it seems kind of unfinished. The Legionnaires didn't really have proper sleep schedules and idles seemed messed up. The two big problems I saw though were that it added a fast travellable map marker to that location at the very start of the game, and there were no boundaries in the map preventing you from crossing the lake and walking into the void at the edge of the map.

If you're expanding bases, may I make a request. There's been a couple of mods that were in the works that would flesh out the area of Fortification Hill visible from the top (you know, the visible tents that you can't actually visit) as a separate area. It would be utterly fantastic if you could add that area as playable to the game! Sorry, if I explained that somewhat confusingly, I feel like I may have worded that poorly.

Are you planning to add anything to exteriors/make new ones as well?

Keep up the good work dude! Sorry for the setback, but we're all really looking forward to this, and I'm sure we can wait a while longer for this. Thanks again for making these mods, they've been improving my new playthrough immensely.

Considering all the work you've done on factions recently, I would love to see you make a mod that overhauls that Battle of Hoover Dam and makes it into something a bit more fitting and epic. :D More NPCs and such would be pretty rad.
