I'm building a modification for Fallout NV and i need some help. I've built a continuous beam laser rifle, but i can't get any NPC to shoot it other than a companion EXCEPT sometimes the NPC will randomly use it correctly. It seems like if the gun gets knocked out of the NPCs hand then it will sometimes pick it up and reload it, then the npc and weapon behave as expected. The weapon is a normal laser rifle with a projectile of type Flame, and the fire rate at 8. This looks and acts like a laser beam, and works perfectly for both the player and companion. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem could be?
