It doesn't make sense to begin with that there is a whole other power system essentially locked behind scanner usage of all things (except for robot stuff). There should have been a hotkey for a second radial menu just for "abilities". In this case you should be able to effect things through walls if you have the Sense Star Stuff power honestly.

More than possible its actually super easy, I worked on updating a mod for fallout:NV that used such a feature, you would "use" an item (this item could be hotkeyed) and it would open a storage container. I'm sure once the CK is out it wouldn't be to hard to add a spell of sorts that had the same effect.

First thing I thought of was "Dragon Riders Of Pern" then I seen Eragon and got confused. You could essentially set them up like the Tarnsman (Dragon-ish creatures) from the Chronicles of Gor books so that each major city has its own squadron of tarnsmen for its army.

I could just imagine someone swapping out the models for the deathclaw one in Fallout 3/NV.

Would defeat the purpose of torches and the spell mentioned above. But without the creation kit, I don't think you can do this anyway.

Walk out of the area wait a few minutes then come back in, the door should be open then. I actually got through the whole quest and got to with esbern glitched, there are certain tricks to unglitch him. Unfortunately when you have to the quest can't be completed because he begins trying to speak and you can't get out of your chair to unglitch him. Also, no clip does not work in that indoor cell.

Its called lag. Your settings are either too high for your system or you have too many programs and services running in the background.

Simulated bullet curve, shoot through. Thats all Ive ever wanted added to combat, I hate how a thin piece of sheet metal offers the same cover as a steel dumpster -.- And bullet curve, well thats hard to explain, you would have to google "Sniper Ghost Warrior" to see what I mean, but it would be nice if it did this only for sniper class weapons.

I bet if you wore the darklight cowl and changed the item type to be the same as a rebreather or glassed you would be able to wear a hat with it and get the look. (or change the item type of the salvaged power helmet) Not that hard, one simple setting in geck.
