I managed to fix the problem. Version one of this fix is here, just extract to data folder and enable the esp in the launcher. I'll try to fix male sounds, Fisto, and Dazzle later. I don't even have FFDSHOW installed, so it's probably not that, right? Would love to have a fix for this one, PC users are always getting nerfed.
