off a whim, i decided to boot up fallout nv after a lengthy break; however, this annoyingly large black bar takes up a good third of the bottom of my screen. no matter how many resolutions i try, all play screens appear with the screen like this. the menus, pause screen, loading screens, are full screen with no bars. this definitely wasn't the case when i last played the game, and no mods have been added or removed since last time it was fine.

so, i was successful in making my own custom follower for my current play through!
however, i can't find any light armor sets that are mage type that i like; either too sexy or too monk like.
I just gave her the witch of the wild dress for now bc i like the glowing tattoos, but i could do without the major cleavage action.
She uses the cbbe body, but I'd be happy with any armor as long as it doesn't clip!

After 5 hours of struggling with software, i finally made a standalone follower! everything looks perfect except for her eyes, they have this weird purple sheen, any ideas why?

She's supposed to have lovely brownish/greenish eyes, not this shitty enderman look :dry:

*edit* i figured it out; my goddamn ENB (Old World) was adding cinematic bars. There's a download on the mod page to get rid of them.. thanks for the help though dubious!
I checked the wiki, my FalloutPrefs.ini is already set to the proper parameters. I play at 2560x1440 at full screen.
