tried restarting a new character,just the characters move slow,everything else in the game is at normal speed.tried the d3dx9.dll file,before this even happened.not sure whats wrong,reinstalled the game,same problem

i went to update my graphics driver to try and stop a strange lag i was having,game would play smooth but randomly stop and freeze for about 20 seconds.After updating my driver the game plays but everything is in super slow motion,kinda like bullettime but constant,affects everything in the game except the loading screen and opening menu..tried to reinstall the driver but hasnt fixed the issue,any ideas?i have a ati radeon hd4600

ghouls are pretty sweet,but when the go aggggggg at you constantly wile you play,it gets kinda old,i was wondering if someone can replace the ghoul sounds with left 4 dead infected sounds,or at least better zombie sounds

fallout 3 has always been really plain for me, i would think there would be more burnt forest in not so urban areas,so im looking for someone to mod more burnt trees into certain parts of the wasteland,so everything isnt just a desert

thanks,like i said i have the game modded so that being shot 3 times can easily kill my character,and with the cripple effect my aim is ruined and i have to wait several minutes to cure each crippled limb,the gameplay slows down and becomes more irratating

I have so many damage mods that my character is easily crippled,and you can only use stimpacks to cure crippled limbs on a time limit.i want to remove my characters crippled limbs from the game permanantly as it is greatly slowing down the pace of the game i have modded it to.

I thought it would be sweet to wear the original green doom marine armor

yeah similar to mine,i mean in the city there would be survivors,and raiders in secure places,and the rest is ghouls,maybe some rats and centaurs to add to a resident evil style effect,i know there is a lot of different ghoul,zombie mods out there that might be allowed to be used.My idea is basicly i always wanted a zombie shooter,similar to fallout style.I know it would take a lot of work,but definatly could be a top rated if done properly.im sure im not the only person that would want to play it along with quests,companions to help,maybe fast and slow zombies,human enemies,maybe a few new weapons,especially melee,a ruined mazed city,good simple storyline

Anyways,i still to amatuer to do this myself,but my general idea is, a door somewhere on the outside of the mojave leads to a mine,just a short tunnel system,and on the other side is a city in ruins of a valley.Basicly you enter the city,realize its filled with zombies,ghouls and all sorts of nastys,as well as survivors,good and bad.some survivors will need to companion,for small quests example-find someones family,or reunite.The city is based on a maze,sort of left 4 dead style.Im sure if youve done similar mods,a story should be easy to come up with,im sure this has been suggested before,but i havent really seen it done yet
