I want to play as a Male since I'm a male but the large majority of people say that the female voice actor is MUCH better than the male one. Is this true?

I downloaded debug councol and changed my level from 10 to 13 since i was underleveled, Now idk whats happened, im VERY tanky i cant be killed and for some reason every single enemy dies in 3 hits. The damage scales to equal 3 hits. Even with fists. i tried uninstalling debug counsol but it did not resolve it. what happened?
