    Hello fellow torchbearers :) Love the idea of a group shot.

     

    I have taken some shots of my character Akhaz'iir on the greenscreen. I prefer one of the standing poses though it does not matter which one of them, whatever you think is appropriate.

    yeah cant open either of those files even using my wizard powers :turned:

     

    you could post them up on tinypic with the links here ill grab them before they get taken down from there.

    Cool, coolcoolcool.

    So:

     

    Didier47 glad you are willing, we just need you to use this mod to grab a 'greenscreen' shot that we can use to edit her into a group picture.

     

    Aedh, DoubleH, AurianaValoria1 and LSiwora, thanks for getting them up so fast.

     

    PlayerTw0, maybe if we get enough we should put Waldo in there HAH!

    and yeah again deadline i would say is the the first of august a few days after the games start. so theres still plenty of room to add characters.

     

    also any clothes as long as its safe for work ie you would be able to put up on the main pictures area is fine.

     

    and please limit how many photos you take to 4 like 2 standing 2 crouching that will help me when i go through them.

     

    and if you can mention what pose you prefer let me know.

    Ok, so I put comments on profiles of people who I think would give us the most diverse cavalcade of characters. Hopefully they'll come here to follow up or maybe others that I didn't directly invite will see it and come as well.

    I used the profile comments because I still feel kinda awkward about spamming PMs like that since I'm kinda new to the unspoken social rules of a forum. Lemme know if what I did was worse.

     

    PlayerTw0, how many characters would you say is too many to fit in one image? 'Cause right now we've got at least 67(and counting) eligible characters for this pic.

     

    Hmm. well lets try to fit em all :D. i can have a high res version and a preview pic im thinking with this many what i can do is a a u shaped shot with some ppl crouching in the front and something fake that other characters are standing on in the back.

     

    yeah i see no problem with that as long as everybody keeps up with the options we could have up to 200 ppl in one photo easy. just might look like wheres waldo on the preview pict.

    This mod has several blank green screen type rooms that you can use to grab a shot. ENBs tend to cause lighting problems though, so using vanilla Skyrim settings is the way to go. PlayerTw0 would prefer the green one I guess and like he said having multiple poses like standing and kneeling would be good. It is also preferred that the character be facing front, I guess. A good thing to do would be to follow SydneyB's example and post links to the images here unless PlayerTw0 wants something else to be done.

    i would say the deadline to post up your character should be by the 30th a few days after the start of the olympics and ill put out a reminder to everybody a week beforehand thats gotten involved to get their pictures up.

     

    and those shots were perfect examples and on my computer now.

    yeah thats perfect but get the picture in the green room it will provide a better ambient tint.

    also if everybody can provide a standing pose and a crouching pose that would be epic.

     

    i keep up with this thread so what ill do is in a few days msg all the ppl that have been in the run if they havent posted up their greenroom shot to see if they want to be in the runners of skyrim shot.

     

    so yeah post up the poses here and ill start workin on it ;D.

    im pretty skilled in photoshop and can set the levels properly so shading even if a lil dark looks correct.

     

    i think a forward shot would be appropriate no close ups and make it face as straight as you can and a few people should be crouching in their shots for the front.

     

    so pretty much a yearbook picture look and i can add the background of the olympics or a area in skyrim that looks like it with a cool look anyhow :D.

     

    def would need to use that mod with the greenroom setting.
