Almost all parts of mod creation are beyond my grasp as far as new assets are concerned, models and textures are best left to people with creative and artistic talent and scripts make my head hurt. :laugh: I can tell you xEdit will be your new best friend for fixing and tweaking things (that you may already know). When ever i download a mod i pop it open in xEdit to see if it conflicts badly with anything else or just to tweak damage and set weight values to 0 because inventory management sucks. :laugh: I'll keep an eye out for future articles and tutorials and good luck on your modding adventure

My first game was Pokemon Yellow, played the crap out of that on a green Gameboy Color, that i still have. I killed many hours on my Play Station 2 playing the various Ratchet & Clank games, still have almost all my PS2 games and the system. Hell, if some one remade all the PS2 Ratchet and Clank games for PC I'd buy that in a heart beat. First real PC game was Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 but Bethesda games and the abundant mods keep me on my PC, Oblivion, up to Fallout 4.

A question for my fellow Skyrim modders / mod users, Will another "True" Elder Scrolls game ("True" meaning Single Player) even happen now that Bethesda has allowed the series to cross the line from single player to MMO? Personally i will not be paying for a subscription if it is a Pay-to-Play, but i havent even looked at Elder Scrolls Online, and to be honest i doubt there will be a sixth elder scrolls game as i know it. Just putting my thoughts out there. hopefully im wrong and good things happen will happen like TES 6 or dual wielding one handed ranged and melee weapons in the next fallout game and world peace.

I would love to support the nexus but the "pay by text message" is the only way i can send money don't have or want a credit card at this point in my life but being in the united states, im guessing i got to wait but i hope i don't have to wait long BTW Thanks Dark0ne for making game modding accessible to the masses

Id like to think i know a thing or 2 about computers, but what does "DDoS" mean and does it explain why i get slow load times or 502 errors while im trying load up the skyrim nexus page?

Might as well mention my bug about dawnguard, some of the creatures have missing names. the health bars appear, the lines that appear on either side of the target name are there, but no name. the so far ive seen it with the mutant black dog things and the living statues, but im sure there are more. humans/vampires are fine so far it could just be me but if anyone else knows what im dealing with please help. only mod off hand that im using that has dawnguard as a master is Better Vampires but i dont think it does any thing to creatures like the mutant dogs or statues.

Dawngaurd, the "starting as Xbox exclusive DLC" :wallbash: is rumored to contain a use for crossbow animations that the recent major patch had hidden in it, don't quote me on that :whistling: someone posted that somewhere and i read it. Anyway someone with animation skills and software could tweak them into a rifle animation and if we are lucky the crossbow reload animation could be tweaked into a reload animation, just throwing an idea around that is if Dawngaurd comes to PC at some point. :wallbash:

I'm guessing this is out there some where on the internet but i cant find it. So, is there a mod that gives bandits or common enemies stronger/higher level armor at higher levels? (i hate fur armor at high levels) If its out there i hope its compatible with http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12892 because I'm sure leveled lists or whatever are changed and that changes them. I could probably slap one together for my self with compatibility with the mod, but to be honest im just too lazy :facepalm: and CK is too buggy. :wallbash:

All this because some record company or game studio (who make millions of dollars) is whining to Uncle Sam because millions of dollars is not enough money and some of their profits are being lost to piracy Blah Blah Blah. Who cares about the Big Shot Music industry or Movie industry, well other than the politicians that are laughing all the way to the bank.

I will put this as plain as possible with out being offensive The government has no reason to be in the business of the internet user. Censorship, its just a government's way of maintaining their power and control over people. Trust me, if what's happening in Egypt or Libya happened in the good ol' USA we all know the internet would be brought down, phones would be wiretapped etc. etc. but the likelihood of a violent overthrow of the US government is unlikely. my point is, the government is trying to restrict the internet because both have power but the government does not want any competition because its afraid of losing power and like anyone or any thing with power it will be corrupted by said power turning it into a wretched being obsessed with greed and power with nothing left of its humanity. internet censorship = no good :down: government with power and control = its there, its watching you, kind of like the devil :devil: a helpful government otherwise that stays out of people's lives when they're not needed = what a good idea :thumbsup:

I feel bad for anyone with overprotective parents/family. What the overprotective parents of the world need to learn is games like Skyrim are just games, hell, if i ever have kids, i will teach them this and let them play the kind of games i play now. BTW ill vote "yes" so someone makes a "clean mod" so you can enjoy Skyrim :P

Flintlock Rifle, Flintlock Pistol, Blunderbuss, Double-Barrel Shotgun (especially effective against undead), .44 Magnum Revolver .50 cal anti-material rifle, guided missiles(Fall to me, Dragon) I don't care anything other than the goddamn bow and arrow! damn targets stand still but once i fire the arrow they move and my shot buries its self harmlessly in the dirt I would just deal with crossbows if they were in game of course if Beth had them in Morrowind and kept the crossbow in other games like oblivion and skyrim less work all around even for the gun-nuts like me and modders all around (the grip and a reloading animations would be worked out) just add mesh/textures & sounds Now if you excuse me <picks up a guided missile launcher> I'm gonna go get me a dragon =)
