look up those mods you listed and see if the mod author has updated them. animation mods, always get messed up when a new patch comes out, however since most people are having trouble with the creation kit even with eh patch for it, it would be best to revert to 1.7, i can help with that if you need it.

if possiable revert to 1.7 and wait until 1.8 gets ironed out. If you guys need help with reverting shoot me an email and i can send you my backup copy.

try reverting to 1.7, i can hel if you don't have a back up. did you fully uninstall the map mods, data files and all? or did you only uncheck them in NMM?

what version is your skyrim?, might be related to 1.8, try to revert to 1.7 if possible, if needed i can help. also double check your data files again, just to be sure you got all remnants of your mods out.

which verion of skyrim are you running? 1.8 has issues with Dawnguard, even more so then the problems allready has. if possible revert to 1.7.7, if you don't have a backup i can assist.

here is the solution from your duplicate thread, so you can see it and apply the fix without making more duplicate theads. you gotta be patient when you post a thread.

if you complety uninstalled a mod, not just unchecking it, then the mod scripts shouldn't rear thier ugly heads at all

since your on patch 1.8, either revert to patch 1.7 (i can help f you don't have a backup) or if you have animation mods see if the mod author updated them, since new patches mess up animation mods, and in the process vanilla animations too. however i'd recommend to revert t 1.7 until 1.8 is ironed out.

to check your current version go to the skyrim folder in steam, and right click on the skyrim application. under the detail pane (if not then look under them all, i forgot sometimes) and if it says 1.8 then go to 1.7 if it says 1.7 then i'll have to ponder your situation some more.

is your game patched to 1.8? if it is it could be messing with your textures and causing you to crash. Sometimes i get that flash of pink in my textures (notsince a few patches ago), might be having something to do with AMD video cards.

i would also recommend to revert to patch1.7.7, if posiable, if you don't have a spare, a user was giving out copies of his 1.7.7 skyrim esm and update.esm, which i have a copy of (i'd be screwed without it) if you need it email me (email is on my profile) if you don't want to revert, double check and see if the mod authors updated thier mods, that could also help

udate I removed ALL mods and it still wont load... and yes steam AUTOMATICALY updates even when it is turned off. my steam seting are set to NEVER upgrade unless I tell it too...... beth/steam overid my choices. now I have a program that is UNPLAYABLE at all.... it just NEVER stops loading.... time to try reinstalling the program... if that doesnt work it will be on ebay tomorrow reinstalling wont help to get off 1.8, since once it reinstalls it will immidenly update to curent patch, which is 1.8. revert to 1.7.7 if possiable if you need help ask. my email is on my profile.
