Im also worried that Skyrm is really Small and you are blocked of by allot of Mountains, it seems i know all the Cities and Towns already.

just a few things
- how well stealth works
- smithing
- tell us what the legion's armor is like, is it like oblivion's or is it more Romanized like Morrowind?
- and ask Todd if i can get a 3 hour demo too ( i'm serious)

couple of things regarding the sharp jawlines of the women
- it is a large improvement over the females of oblivion
- Skyrim is described as a rugged landscape, and is more frontier like then the civilized provinces of Summers set Isle and Cyrodil.
-the only women that seem to have the most noticeable sharp jaw lines are the dunmer and altmer, they look like they could stab you with those things, but hey it makes them stand out from the human and beasty females.
- its a western rpg, so you shouldn't have expected anime-like babes with perfect circle faces and basketball shaped eyes
- and finally itf it bothers people enough either mod it yourself or download someones mod who has stuff like that for you.

taking the title of the thread literally.. if Todd Howard was one of us, a modder who posted on forums and modded games by a large and well known gaming company then he would be one of the modders here who have hundreds of kudos, action points, and have created a lot of great mods , basically he would be a God among the modders of Nexis.

Does someone have a link to a source that states that the last level we get to pick a perk at is level 50, as mentioned in this thread? Because I'm having some huge doubts on that. But the level cap is 75.
its a soft level cap at 50, meaning you can go all the way to level 75, but you do so at a much more slowed rate. i would say you can still get perks past level 50, but it'll just take a long time to level up in order to select one.

it was confirmed by Todd or Pete that smithing only changes stats of weapons and armor. you can create armors and weapons but once finished they would look like any other iron sword or axe in game. ( or steel, based on whatever metal you use to make it).

i dreamed i was playing skyrim and i was a member of the imperial legion. i explored, i fought i stole, and the red flag went up when i was fighting a conjuer and all of a sudden we were teleported to the chapel of kvatch. thatts when i relized that i was dreaming about skyrim, and the parts i hadn't seen in skyrim were being replaced with images of oblivion. i was so pissed. :wallbash: any way on 11.11.11 my attendence in college will have dropped. :biggrin:

i hope they added some armor stands or mannicins like in a few of the oblivion mods that allowed you to show aoff your cool armor without cluttreering up every corner, and having it sink halfway into the floor when you left the house and came back.

I just hope we don't end up having to put it in the back of the truck. Me and my brother are going to pick up our copies and I'm the one getting the CE. There's not that much space in the truck....

to be honest, i saw the teaser trailer, but i was like really? all they give us is a wall carving with a voice over. i was also doubting cause, i couldn't see any of the improvements that were being made. but once i saw the gameplay video i was sold...totally and saved up dollar by dollar to get the CE.

I've been thinking about this more lately .. I don't want to make the mistake I made with NV and just play the main quest my first time through then role play in the world later .. it sorta ruined it for me .. not sure how... I'm just gonna take things step by step .. maybe watch a review or two before I touch the main quest so I don't end up leveling in my role playing skills and not being able to fight late level creatures .. I'm sure they fixed that though.. hope.
they said they didi it like in fallout 3. like deathclaws in old oney, if you went thier at any level except 16 or up you got owned ( if thier were 2 or more at the same time).
so some areas will be more dangerous then others until you gt stronger, but even at level 50 you will still prbably run into wolffs and rats, llike i ran into radroachs and molerats even at level 20 in fallout 3. hope that helps.

Man I can't wait to see the size of the box that the box itself will have to be shipped in xD lol .. Hopefully they don't just ship it with the skyrim logo all over it o_O my neighborhood isn't that trustworthy.
lol, if the box they ship in has skyrim all over it, everybody's neighborhood is gonna turn untrustworthy. maybe this ghost town of a housing area i live in will all run out and mug me when i pick up my collector's edition :whistling:

I tried a bit of stealth; it seemed pretty similar to Oblivion's at first glance but I honestly didn't enquire further or want to spend 5 minutes of my 40 skulking around in the dark. Important to note I was playing the XBox 360 version so was out of my depth in some areas.
Combat seems more meaty and more entertaining. Same with magic. Quite enjoyed putting magic in both my hands and walking around like a human flame thrower. The bandits ran at my awesomeness.
