I have tried everything I can think of that worked for issues when installing mods in RE2 with Fluffy Mod manager but they arent working. I have installed jill mods, several infact and all they change in the head and hair. i have tried with numerous models, verified game files, re-read game archives, deleted them all, no avail. I'm trying a redownload the whole game and install but running out of ideas. Any suggestions?

trying to port a weapon mod into NV from another game. would like someone to complete it for me. I have things ready to go pretty much with meshes in 3ds max and textures all ready to go. would just like to be sure that its someone that knows how to do quality work like to make sure the sights line up, know's hows to make sure bolt cycle when shooting in world view, works with weapon upgrade mods and knowing how to make it a weapon replacer would be helpful too. basically make it run in the game like it was meant to be there from the start. mesh editing should be minimal (i.e. rotate and resize and copy over a vanilla mesh to ensure parts work) so it shouldnt take too long. please hit me up if you are willing to help :)

i cant load New Vegas Nexus either, for the past 2 hours. was looking up stuff and stopped working.
