Interesting. Do you mean that we have to use the new regulation.bin from scratch for the workaround? I was seeing rumors that it loads the default regulation.bin each load cycle now which breaks the modding that way

I use a mod called the Wanderer's Surcoat and I love it however I find myself aligning with the stormcloaks and the red doesnt seem to go well imo. I was wondering if someone could Do a stormcloak retex of this mod or the iorveth light armor mod. Also if someone could do the scoiatel bandana and some matching gloves and boots that would be great as I dont like the gloves or boots from the witcher 2 model
