I don't have experience with Fallout 4 but try seeing if their is a .rar file (scripts.rar) in the base data folder of Fallout 4. You'll have to extract the rar back into their original folder again for CK to work correctly.

FOOK is a pretty complex mod. The warning message is concerning if you've installed EVE. Is it the latest version?

NVSE is rarely a problem - most often it is a mod that relies on NVSE being installed improperly that causes a problem. Without a real load order we can't tell much. Use LOOT to sort, then show us the entire unedited load order from LOOT.

Since those are the first two lines you created maybe there was something you missed? I would remove and recreate them see if that helps.

Did you test if Fallout 3 crashes before you even installed mods? because you need Windows LIVE for Games to get it working. Also, you need to update FOOK and install EVE. Read those descriptions they tell you what to do.

My favorite games right now are: The Elder Scrolls III, IV, V Fallout 3, New Vegas, 4 Dragon Age: Origins, Inquisition Mass Effect 1, 2 Civilization IV Fall From Heaven II Bioshock 1, 2, Infinite Dead Space 1, 2 Warcraft III Diablo II

The amount of work and time it takes to make a mod like that is unprecedented. The chances of a mod like that being made are slim to none.

Did you use LOOT to sort your load order? It's also a good idea to deactivate all mods, check a few at a time, until the bug occurs so you can find the culprit. On an unrelated note I would recommend download the Unofficial Legendary Edition Skyrim Patch. You should also watch YT videos on how to mod Skyrim, I recommend Gopher's vids.

What's the pistol mod?

I'm looking for some guidance on how to mod. I've scoured uesp creation kit guide. Very useful but it mostly applies to making levels, quests, scripting with papyrus, etc. What I'm really interesting in is learning how to make compatibility patches for mods that I love using. I'm also interested in learning how to make merged patches. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
