A friend and I were discussing "Kudos" the other day. I thought that if someone were to give me a kudo, I would have one more kudo. But my friend said it's "Kudos" not kudo. I can be given one kudos, not one kudo. Kudos enters the grammar world and screws it up. Kudos are just like cookies though. I wonder why Dark0ne chose kudos over cookies...

  I can confirm that Balagor is correct, whether in the Attic or Hellenistic Greek. Was often employed in the Mystery Schools of Greece ala Pythagoras, etc., and is still today in the Fraternities.
