Ok, im a mass effect fan boy and been with bethesda since morrowind. We got the space core crash down in skyrim. So why not take the medieval game to the future? We got Light sabers, why not Mass effect N7 Armor? You can make your follower immortal. Use console code, select ur follower. (1 immortal) find there base ID online. setessential <base ID> <1/0> As for a the whole population to not die, well thats not realistic.

Get a follower like Athis, make him bald and no tats. And Boom, you have the Almighty ex-god, looking for some fun in the frozen lands. If anyone can do this, that would be epicly awesome!.
