Man, I'm in the middle of updating over 100 mods to start a new playthrough of Fallout 4 tomorrow after not playing for 5 months. And of course this happens. My character apparently has a Luck of 1.

Can someone point me in the direction of where the Cheat Terminal by borjoyzee disappeared to? I had it bookmarked from when it first was released, now my bookmark goes to an error page and a search turns up nothing. :(

Can anyone tell me what New Vegas files are required to use the GECK? I'd like to try my hand at modding but I won't always be using the same PC, and don't want to install the game on every one.

Anyone willing to make a NPC Summoner Mod? I know there is one for summoning hostile NPC's, and one that summons creatures via pokeballs, but neither are exactly what I'm looking for. zombiemaster made one for Fallout 3 called the All Out Summoner Mod that worked great. I PM'd him and he said he wasn't modding anymore but if anyone wanted to convert it to New Vegas they could. While I wouldn't mind seeing every NPC in the game able to be summoned, I personally don't care about the creatures, I prefer robots, human, and former human NPC's.

The Cheat Terminal has this function already. I used it to bring Veronica to the Sierra Madre for a little reunion. :)
