Ill try updating the game, I haven't bothered to in a while; Ill let you know if that fixes it. Also I am not running dawnguard, and restarted the game after deactivation/activation.

I'm new to modding my game and have been running into a few issues. 1.)Some mods do not load at all, such as ACE BYOG 2.) One of my mods, I don't know which, makes my sneak attack bonus for bows do 100x damage. I can't figure it out because even after disabling all the mods it still happens.
