For real. also I can't preview the mod images anymore. Is there something I'm missing?

For some reason glow maps don't seem to work in fallout nv. Jason Bright donsn't glow, the speakers in dead money also don't work, plus any mods that use glow maps. I've removed all my mods and that didn't work so i did a clean install of fallout and still no luck... any suggestions?
