no sorry i am only new to the Oblivion scene. and i have kept them into their folders mate. ok well when i xtract the mod i open up and drag everything but the read me into Data and then run

Hey everyone i am Uks, i am have modded in heaps of games before and they worked but the last three days i've been trying to get these mods to work on Oblivion but for some reason i can't. i put the EPS. files on in the data folder and the other folders that come with the mod. e.g textures, meshes. whatnot. and then i start the game and tick the mods off, then when i get into the game, nothing has changed and nothing it working idk what problems this could be and i have watched many videos but i can't seem to work it :( if someone could tell me what i am doing wrong or something i need to add to the steps i would be happy :) thanks guys, hoping to hear from you.
