  1. Hello everybody! I have a mod request that would be huge for Black Ops 4 Zombies fans and a very immersive character in general. The Black Ops 4 character Scarlett Rhodes is one of the main characters in the Black Ops 4 Zombies mode. If you listen to this video here, you'll see that there's something familiar about those voice lines. That's because Scarlett Rhodes and Fallout 4's main female character Nora are both voiced by the same voice actress: Courtenay Taylor. Now, I think Scarlett Rhodes is a very intriguing character and because her voice is already in the wasteland, this would make a perfect mod for a character preset. Her outfit is extremely unique as well, and I haven't seen anything similar throughout all the Fallout 4 mods I've viewed. If you want to read more about her backstory and see a few images: Scarlett Rhodes Wiki Page And here are a few special renders of her I found. First Picture This one is my favorite photos I've ever seen. It has so much detail, truly incredible! Second Picture (Warning: 60 MB Render) Thank you for reading, and I hope you will consider making my dream a reality.
  2. I haven't had this problem in other games like skyrim with 30+ mods. Unless the Fallout 4 sound is more complex than skyrim, I don't think that's the problem. But it could be I'm not sure.
  3. Well that sucks. Do you get the light lag indoors? That's my biggest problem right now.
  4. I have windows 10 as well. Would disabling Cortana fix the issue?
  5. I'm getting some audio popping and terrible lag when I'm indoors and in well lit rooms. Also get the occasional lag when I'm in cities, but that is expected. Besides that, the game runs pretty well. I just updated my drivers which didn't seem to help. Processor: AMD FX™-8120 Eight-Core Processor at 3.1 GHz RAM: 8GB (2GB VRAM) Card: AMD Radeon HD 7600 Series Does anyone have any advice on how to fix these problems I'm having?
  6. Just a few small ideas to help players manage settlements and inventory. 1. When you command settlers, you always see what they're doing highlighted So when you select a settler, their assigned activities will be constantly highlighted like it is when you hover over them. 2. Sort Armor by Radiation, Ballistic, Poison, and Energy Just to help sort out armor to suit your needs 3. Sort Weapons by Ammo I try to use all the different ammo types, but not being able to sort by ammo really makes it frustrating to find what you're looking for. 4. Sort Aid By Health Recovered So you can get the cheap health out of the inventory and save the bigger health gains for when you really need it. 5. Break down all junk into its components It is so much easier to organize and move around what you have when its not all junk. 6. Mark quests on your map different colors. I lose track of what quest I'm doing sometimes, so marking quests with different colors can help me keep track of what quests are where or for what faction I'm doing them for. Just a few ideas. If you have any more, post them below and I might add them to the list.
