Guys , I looked on steam to see the recommended specs of the Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 has slighty more required specs from what I see , I have Witcher 3 and I run it on high graphics with 60fps , could run on ultra but i prefer 60 fps. So I should be able to run Fallout 4 right?

So I've recently installed SkyRe along with Immersive Weapons/Armors and ran the reproccer. I went in game and was spawning in different armors to see if reproccer is working properly. In the immersive armors I spawned in the falkreath chestplate which is heavy armor and it had 106 armor rating , then I spawned in steel plate chestplate which also had 106 and then I also spawned in a glass chestplate which also had 106 armor rating! On a video from 2 months ago aswell a guy was showing off skyre with immersive armors and his Einherjar plate hood had 63 armor rating and when I spawned mine in it had 53 armor rating (I aint sure the values might have changed in IA7_1) also all the weapon damage did not feel right at all. I ran reproccer.jar patch like 7 times and nothing changes.. If anyone also has SkyRe installed with immersive armors pls tell me if you have the same values! Thanks in advance.
