i have played through the game several times and while it was incredibly fun, something was always nagging me during the Battle of Hoover Dam namely: +Lack of other Companions - it always bothers me that while me, Boon, and E-DE risk our asses to fight the Legion, Cass is trying to get the others drunk off whiskey at the luxury of the Lucky 38 +Number of Enemies - the number of people you fight is kind of underwhelming for me, espetially since this was the all out Legion attack on the dam. on my next play through, i'm planning to do the following to make it much more fun (note that enhance doesn't me that it will be more challenging, just more of a fun spectacle) +more enemies - hopefully, Populated Wasteland will be all i need +companions - just get a max companion mod +explosions - i'm just gonna make the random explosions slightly larger :P +different Power Armor - i'm planning to give everyone power armor just for aesthetics i'm also planning to give my companions upgraded weapons. for example: Boone - Anti-Material Rifle w/ Incendiary Bullets Arcade - wont be present do to his Enclave quest :[ Cass - Riot Shotgun Veronica - Pushy Raul - Ranger Sequoya Lily - Chainsaw >:] ED-E - Followers upgrade Rex - Rey's Brain i'm wondering if i can get power armor for lily, i know it exists lore-wise because of this guy: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Frank_Horrigan so is there a mod for that? this is all i have so far but is there anyway to improve this setup? thanks.

I would actually like it to take place in the Hawaiian Islands. i can never find any Lore about Hawaii except that it was part of the Southeastern Commonwealth and i was wondering what kind of a place it is. i sorta want it to be a place where none of the bombs fell on it so after the war, it got cut off with the mainland and continued as a pre-war society. as far as enemies go, maybe there was FEV experiments in the military bases. Pearl Harbor anyone? :]

i recently installed fallout again and tried to login to LIVE to re-install my DLCs that i bought some time ago. however whenever LIVE tries to download my profile it always fails with an error message saying: "The profile could not be signed in to LIVE. There may be a Network Problem or that Windows Live ID may not be available" i was able to go on the actual website and login so i know that the WL ID is still there so the problem is with the network. i thought that downloading the Games for Windows LIVE client might help so i downloaded the setup but whenever i tried to use the setup, a message would pop u and say Install failed. again, it would say that my network is the blame. please, can someone help me with this? the first time i installed fallout, i didnt have to do any of this nor did i switch my router since then. thanks.
