Nevermind I did it myself. I restored the duration to pre-1.21. https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3084/

I'm playing with atmospheric nights, and so I find the potion useful. From what I can tell, the cat potion's length was decreased with the 1.21 patch or something, as now the regular potion is 60 s. I was wondering if that duration could be double to 120s, and possibly for the others as well. There are a couple of potion-duration mods in the Nexus, but none I've found that only affects Cat.
