ok I got the idea from a Blue Oyster cult song, make a replenishing supply of quicklime available at wolfhorn ranch, and say near goodsprings, got a shovel and some quicklime drag and dump the bodies into the grave site and add some seed stock (it exists in OWB we could have some stores say near the NCR at New Vegas sell some) and you've got harvestable plants.....

just so long as you don't use it to sell the kids near Mich and Ralphs to caesar's legion.... but then again you would need a working black panel van for that....

Yes, have you ever snipered some crucified NCR pow's from far away, with a Silenced rifle, in a stealth suit, and wondered how could Ceasar's possibly know it was you that did the mercy killings? how about sneaking through a camp at night silently killing the perimeter guards, and slaying everyone in their beds? we need more skills for those of us who are NINJA enough to leave no traces, how about a perk or two for making sure one's killings aren't detected by ANYONE allowing you to finish some of those quests. I mean NCR/Ceasar's can't be that all knowing....

well with deadmoney, lonesomeroad, and OWB, there's been some nice scary mods, So I was thinking of some boarderline supernaturals that start following the curiur... Hellhound the Hunter: Bounty hunter, ghoul/marked man never seems to rest, and always tracks his targets to the end, and then some. a confirmed humanitarian, Dressed in reinforced damaged armour (orginally legion, but now thrown out due to mutation) That Creepy Little Girl: basically an albino, scary long black haired girl, (like Sedako/Samara) Sometimes fades like a nightkin, uneffected by the cloud. The Mother: not nessarrily something you see, at least until it's too late, this mutant woman has been raising all kinds of mutant creatures from Big Mountain, and singing nursery rhymes to her "Children" does not appreciate bad men comming to harm them. (also invisible without help from Ed-E, Rex, or Sensory Boost implants.)

but then there are fights with things like legendary bloatflies, and gojira that look at impossible to break and then laugh and say "Challenge Accepted", hell I broke a full helath plasma weapon, and K9000 fighting the bloatfly..

Mind you I would like the return of the trait at 0 level for being single hand dominate and then perks along the way allowing one to become a chow yun-fat small gun god. and maybe something that lets you throw in some cool kicks into your unarmed mix....
