The message shoes after ive installed it. It comes up when i try too launch the game maybe theres a away around it

When i go to install skyrim i get an error message saying "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you are running. Check your computers stsyem info to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64(64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher”. i have a windows 7 .64 bit laptop. I need help please i dont know what to do if u know anything please let me know. :wallbash:

What version of windows are you using and exactly what file are you trying to execute? Windows 7 .64bit but im not sure what file im trying to execute
