Thank you, but it's worked on other stuff, I'm pretty sure it's something I'm doing wrong Thank you for that information, that got rid of that error! I managed to export the armor, sadly it does not show up in the toolset. I correctly edited the clothing variation gda, the name shows up but not the model. I re-imported it in 3ds max to see what's wrong and I saw the pants were black when I click on the Skin modifier, but not when I click on the mesh. When I edited the envelope I saw one of the hip things (sorry not a bone and I can't think of the name rn) was way off so I adjusted it but the pants are still black, very odd. The rest of the armor looks fine. When you say attach it to the GOB, you mean make sure the mesh is listed under "GOB" in the hierarchy to the left, right?
