I think it would be neat to create Sandevistan fragments/attachments that change how much the attached Sandevistan slows time. Like you have a Sandy that usually slows time to 50%, but then you equip a fragment and it slows time to 40% or 30%. Especially if it could be compatible with Time Dilation Overhaul: then you could customise your dilation speed back and forth without needing to change the TDO menu, save, and reload. I would be happy to make this one myself, but I would probably need to pick someone's brain about exactly how to go about it. I haven't made a CP2077 mod before.
