so, maybe not possible to add a green or brown tint to the water? anyone else not like standing in the velen swamp and seeing crystal clear water?

In keeping with the dark gritty theme of the game, some of the crystal clear water seems out of place. I haven't come across a mod that changes the color or clarity of the water. Is this possible to do with the current modkit? I would love to see some murkier looking water, maybe even trails of blood near battlefields? Have it look like a normal person would not want to go anywhere near the water, instead of a tropical beach. What do you think?
