    Not quite what you are looking for but as one of the epilogue quests for The Inheritance rangers retake Charlie and you have to help defend it. If I remember correctly it stays populated after that. The quest is called repaid in full but you have to have completed the main quest of the inheritance before you can do this quest.

    Hey, do you still have this one? The link is broken and i can't download it. Could you reupload the esp please? That one was a WIP mesh not a completed esp. I might have it somewhere but it wouldn't be playable or even a complete mesh.

    I just replaced mine with the vanilla outfit (T3 and vanilla have the same textures). The mesh isn't perfect but you don't really notice it's not type 3 since it covers most of the skin.

    I've done the NCR ending and actually it's pretty happy (as happy as fallout endings get). I think that Legion will actually be the least popular ending.
