there are lots of cars blocking my way and i'm not sure if it's part of the mod or if it's buggy i'm going to get in contact with the author of this mod and see if he can help

can somebody please help me I'm stuck at the bus station-m 432 in the maxwell's world mod and I have no clue what to do or where to go as there are lots of cars blocking my way are they meant to be there? I've been using wrye bash to sort out my fallout 4 load order but i'm having a lot of problems with some of the esp's in my load order as i'm unable to change the order of the esm's which the esp's require or add esm's to the esp's so that they work with my current load order wich is listed here is there a way to sort this out or do i need to download another mod manager / organiser ?

i'm running skyrim legendary edition plus a few mods which are moonpath, mizak wonders, sky ui, falskaar, dwemertech, and midas magic expanded, the issue i have is that there is not a comprehensive mod conflict compatibility list as most mods don't tell u what other mods they might have a conflict with unless u run the game is there a utility or a way to find out which mods are compatible and which mods are not because I've had issue's like this from way back when morrowind and oblivion were still worth playing and it gave me massive head ache's trying to get it working together i might not know if there is a post like this on the forums if there is then i'll take this post down otherwise i'll keep this post and hopefully get something out of it thanks for reading this post

i recently bought fallout 3 game of the year edition which has the games for windows live logo on the top i tried installing it but nothing worked i'm runing windows 7 home premium with service pack 1 is there a way to install fallout 3 with out having to install games for windows live or is there a pattern that u need to do in order to get it working >:(
