So I was going over the newest mods on the home page and an idea came to my head from a mod that I saw. It would be really cool if the player had the ability to actually get raiders and all bad guy npcs for that matter to actually surrender and become under arrest. This mod may include a jail house and jail cells where the captured criminals would go. Also, some of the challenge of this mod might be that the player actually has to escort the captured criminals from where they were captured to the jail house while their buddies are perhaps coming after the player trying to free those captured. Successful capture would result in a reward of some kind and there could even be a quest line for the mod to go from starting as a rough and tumble like head hunter mercenary to moving all the way up to any of the games town sheriff. Extra fun might include being able to recruit a deputy and or police officers, having proper law enforcement official gear such as a glock and police uniform, and even perhaps a doughnut shop for off duty cops to hang out at. Whatever may come of it the this mod is needless to say in the eye of the beholder as it can be either very well done and enjoyable or poorly done and not as good. That isn't to say however that some of the poorly done mods are not fun. Some times something can be silly fun if you are in the right mindset for that sort of thing.

This is a good point as a person can simply use a console command(at least for the PC Version) to call up something like a billion stimpaks whenever they need health. This alone would make killing an opponent nearly impossible. Furthermore, as far as a team goes, NPC enemies aren't strong enough to need an NPC partner let alone one that is actually playing along with you. Also, VATS is in fact a problem because it freezes gamplay when used. How would this work for two live feeds of the game playing against each other in a multiplayer like fashion? Simple: It wouldn't, VATS would have to be completely removed from the game in order for this to work.

This topic is SPECIFICALLY meant for people who are modding the sound files of Fallout 3. It is a place where you can post locations where users can find unique sound files that are in MP3 or WAV or any other format that any of the vanilla Fallout 3 sounds are set as. In the time that I have been using this so far I have seen both WAVs and MP3s for use. There are many other sound formats here as well. A great site for individual sounds i.e. sound effects but not much in the way of full length songs or actually published works of music. That being said I can't honestly say I was searching this particular site for actual music. This has tons of FREE MP3s available for download by search of title. This is a site much better for actual music songs in the MP3 format while the third listing is much better for actual sound effects. This one works really well with a little bit of searching involved you can find multiple versions and styles of the song or title that you are looking for. There is no account required for use of this site, just search, find, and be happy. ("I personally used this site to find my entire 73 song I-Tunes song list in MP3 format. A Mod, not an actual release...

Well there is a console command for raising the level cap but other than that only mods will allow for exp to be gained higher than 30 through gameplay...

Hey Everyone, This is a request for a unique MG42 called the The Dragon to be made with a magazine (The Chinese Assault Rifle kind) rather than a canister (as in combat shotgun). If you could please also make the weapon scoped (Thin silver style red dot scope please) and silenced (a US military silencer) and laser sighted (using the green laser sight please). Also, please DO NOT include any kind of bi-pod. If possible please add a weapon holding belt as shown in the image below. If a co-op mode of play is possible for the fallout world it isn't going to come in the form of a mod as a pursuit like that is too large for any one person to handle not to mention that I don't think its possible to mod a multi-player option into a 1 player only game. I have wondered the same thing, why has bethesda softworks not made Fallout 3 a multiplayer since its such an awesome idea for an awesome game. Needless to say, if multi-player is going to happen for any of the fallout universe it is going to have to come from the actual developer as either an add on to gameplay or a dlc of some sort. I am in agreement with you that I would LOVE for this game to be co-op but realistically the VATS system that the game uses would have to be completely eliminated from game play. The man that I work for happens to be a professional video game tester so he gets the inside scoop on what is happening in the industry. As far as he knows there is not anything in mind for Fallout Universe to become co-op in any way. -TimmyJoeEric

This is just a simple request for someone to make for RyDragon personally a ColtM14A1 Assault Rifle that has a green laser sight, US Military Silencer, and A Functioning Sniper Scope (The thin and silver kind please). Hello again, Alright, so RyDragon has seen attempts at this request while reading requests in the comments for this request but so far this hasn't been filled you. This is a simple request asking somebody out there to make a unique version of the Ol' Painless hunting rifle that is BOTH silenced and scoped AND uses the cleaned up hunting rifle mod (the one removing the rust and wires holding the gun together, giving replacing the barrel with a chrome one). Now this can either be a replacer for the Ol' Painless, one of RyDragon's personal favorite guns (he likes a bolt action semi automatic the best), or if you want to go a little further you can make a whole new gun using new textures meshes and an esp. That may take a little more room but the players who enjoy this game should have something of a good PC already (not just whatever is sitting in their mother's living room). Now one ting spotted is that when the weapon was modified its damage would drop. If you, the creator, are going to pursue this please allow for a non crit dmg of at least 50. If it is to be a hunting rifle then the idea is to take down prey silently and with a single shot on a sneak attack. If you are going to pursue this request keep in mind that as always the creator receives 99% of the creds for creation minus whatever is requested with the use of any elements from other mods used and only a single (1) percent going to RyDragon for formally requesting officially the production of this mod. Hello again, This new project idea is pretty simple: A grappling hook. There is a mod called the teleportation gun that fires a single bullet. Wherever the bullet hits the player is instantly transported to that spot. Well, RyDragon thought this was pretty cool, but sometimes after teleportation occurs it messes with the environment. Just a few minor bugs. With the mod that RyDragon has in mind there would be a gun, or even a rifle that fires and actual model of a hook that attaches to wherever it hits. Have the hook attached to a wire and have it pull the player from where he/she is standing to wherever the hook hits. As always, the creator gets 99% of the creds for creating the mod. Also, perhaps it can be an option for the hook to be either gun or rifle loaded, or thrown by hand. This can also be used to pull things that may have landed in unreachable areas to the player. Things to keep in mind: The length of the wire should be at least as long as the highest point in the game wherever that may be so that the player can get anywhere with the grappling hook. Interesting extras: If you, the creator, have a desire to get really detailed, give the grappling hook the ability to hit other npcs, enemies, or mobile objects and pull them to you.

Hi everyone, This is just a simple request that RyDragon had for a designer. There is not full ninja uniform in the game of Fallout 3. A request for a designer to create a full ninja uniform including boots, gauntlets, jacket, pants, belt, possible swords AND head band similar to the one shown in the cartoon image below!! :). If you are going to make a belt, please ensure that it be a utility belt closer to that of the batman mod with pockets and holders (actual use-able pockets or holsters you can decide if you wish to make. As an added request RyDragon is looking for a custom of the full suit with all of the utilities (boots, belt and gauntlet armors AND headband similar to the one shown in the cartoon image below!! :) all being electric green in color. PLEASE NOTE: the mask should be similar to that of the ski mask/balaclava mod under search: Masks, but working, unlike that mod in its current condition. The defense should be the same as that of Reilly's Rangers Combat Armor. There is a Mod that called: Assault Combat Armor. This mod is close to what the described mod may be but designed to look more like a ninja uniform then a suit of combat armor. As always, creator receives 99% of cred towards making the mod. If possible create custom models and a non replacer unique item. If you are going to create a non unique model perhaps a suggestion would be to use the Chinese Stealth Armor as the model. Please do not forget stealth in creating the mod. While wearing the ninja suit, upon crouching the player should have a 100% stealth field. Reasons for this particular request: 1. Because there is a perk in the game known as the Fallen Ninja Fabled Warriors Perk (Not sure if that's exactly right but has something to do with ninja) without there being any ninja weapons or attire to go with it. 2. Because there is a Samurai and Samurai armor in the game and there should be a ninja to go with the Samurai armor and weapons. 3. Because there is a suggested option of being a melee only user for the game given the right perks and skills even though the Chinese Stealth Armor is the closest thing to an actual suit of ninja attire. Hi again everybody, first off let me address a few things here: 1. I am WELL AWARE that there is already a Mod called the Arc Blade, but my mod, if done correctly will become fantastically better that this mod. 2.This mod is IN NO WAY anything like the Ashara's Lightning Gun Sword Mod. Description for Mod: This is a project that if pursued MUST be done correctly otherwise it is going to suck. The mod is a sword called the Lightning Sword of Ages! I know, gives you chills, doesn't it, well, I created it myself so don't go stealing my idea. As for use with Fallout 3, as always. I am willing to give the creator of this mod 99% of the credit for creation, WITH a properly done job of creation. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures to post of the sword because IT DOESN'T EXIST YET! So be the first to get credit for creation of it! The sword is yellow in color, in the shape of a lightning bolt. Keep in mind that it should look like a lightning bolt in its shape with the sounds of something like that of a lightsaber. Please don't use any sound files from any other mods for this project as I have heard them all and with the exception of the sounds from the Laser Sword Mod, the rest of them aren't that good. That being said, the Laser Sword sounds are OK to use but for anything else find a unique sound file. Be sure to cover swinging, a strike, blocking, taking out, putting away, everything. The sword is designed to be like a straight edge katana but MADE OF LIGHTNING so keep it thin and long. Every so often, (if you want t get creative) have a spark of lightning zap off from the main body of the sword in various places. PLEASE PLEASE try to make a custom model of this sword NOT something based off of what is already in Fallout 3 as this has the potential if done properly to be an EXCELLENT weapon. Continuing on with the description, the sword DOES NOT have a hand guard. The only thing that separates the blade from the handle is a thin red line of color. The sword is also EXTREMELY bright when drawn, so much so to the point of where it is hard to even see the sword while it is drawn. I will let you the maker decide how far you want to go with this feature. The sword should be one or two handed, or you can make a one handed and two handed for pack. about four feet in length, NOT too short, the lightsabers mod for the game is TOO short. Longer, better to have too much length than not enough. Please allow for a damage of at least 100 not including a critical hit. Sheathed the sword fits into a black unmarked smooth carrying case that has a piece that covers the blade, a separate piece that separates the handle, and a carrying belt for the sword when it is around the waist. Other than that there isn't really anything more to this mod. Like I said, it can be GRRRRRREAT! Hey so I just need somebody to please make for the the Hero's Charm Mask from the Legend of Zelda, the Wind Waker. Don't worry if you don't know what this is, I will attach a picture that you can work with. Now, details of the mask, well, in the Zelda game, when wearing the mask the PC could see the health levels of all of his enemies. Another sweet idea might be an information grab in the mask's sight giving the information on any enemy seen so, example: Enclave Member, wearing (list what the npc enemy is wearing), height, weight, weapons carried, ammo amount, male or female. If you want to get really creative with this, you can add night vision or heat vision to the mask when it gets dark as well as add an actual spoken (female please) voice for the information grab. Again if you are going to pursue this project in full I give 99% credit to the actual maker. PLEASE PLEASE put plenty of careful working and detail into the textures, meshes, sounds, abilities, and any other features that come with the making of this could-be spectacular player mask. Project Dragon Can someone please reskin a yao guai so that it is a dragon. Either that or you can really take it far and create a new model. As usual for all of his projects, RyDragon gives 99% credit to the actual creator assuming a job is WELL DONE. Please make various colors and be sure to add plenty of detail in the scales. If you want to get really creative and artistic please give the dragon wings and ability to fly. Rideable is optional and potentially the ability to attack with fire-breath, companion obviously like a dog meat companion but way way better. I have no idea how to use GECK or create mods but if anyone were to create this they would receive full credit as well as making at least one player very happy. Chinese dragon, castle dragon, any dragon that looks really decent. If you are going to pursue this PLEASE PLEASE, take time to do an excellent and well done job with detail, sounds, animations, skins, and creation. Thanks and good luck.
