  1. the problem is with the Steam!!! somehow they link the Steam ID and Owner ID with the last manifest version, and if you screw something, they screw you
  2. I was playing alright and didn't installed anything after the problems showed up! or before... I think that the problem is really server sided... I was messing with some modifications in skirmish mode, trying to see if i could improve the jump system with better JumpJets... When i realized that no matter what number I put in "jump Capacity" the jump was the same distance... I deleted the files and the entries in the VersionManifest.csv... But forgot that I had saved some Mechs in the Mechbay with those itens... then the endless loading appeared!!! What I'm finding really strange is that I even putting back those files and the entries, it will not load! Even with a clean installation for another user (windows and paradox) wouldn't make the game work... Even tried "deleting" Steam Cloud files (modifying my saves and uploading empty folder to then)... but NOTHING WORKED!!! I'm really frustrated...
  3. So far yeah, it looks that way. I'm in touch with HBS and they are looking into it. But for the moment, you're in the same boat I am. Which is to say, screwed for the time being. With the data saved on their servers, there is nothing we can do on our end to fix the problem. tried to install the game in other computer... no deal... that's sucks
  4. So... If i can't remember the exactly mods I were using... I lost the entire game?
  5. I'm new at modding. basically started with XCOM, where you could mod by basically changing some values in the *ini files. i'm wandering if with BATTLETECH is some kind of the same... if i change the values in the *.json files it would work??
  6. Hi guys, I'm new in this MOD thing, and the further I've gone is to edit some *.INI files, like damage on the weapons, loot chance, HP on soldiers... and some other stuff. But I was wondering if its possible to make this change not "permanent", if I can use the Mod Buddy to make this changes in each *.INI files, and choose in the start of the game, if I want use them or not... making possible return to "vanilla" whenever I want. PS: Sorry if I couldn't express myself right, english isn't my first language.
