I guess it's a pretty well-known bug so no context is needed. As you might've guessed, when I was doing the quest, I didn't have an objective to talk to Yen about the crystall since I haven't visited skellige then yet so I talked to Triss about the crystall and gave it to her.
11 hours of playtime later, I learnt that it was a mistake to do so since now I've a failed objective in my journal "Talk to Yennefer about the crystal from Philippa's megascope.".
Now I'm wondering if there is a way to fix this? Some magic console trickery perhaps? I really don't want to give up on 11 hours of progress... I know that BIA has a fix for this quest but I don't have it in my current playthrough.
