      Love the humor on that site; they must be desperate for tourists, economically speaking. I showed my boys, who liked the chicken cursor. We think the reason their pages are a little more detailed than might be expected is their webmaster has a lot of time to self-teach web design, especially when the highway's closed. :D

    Blue then that's because that sheep doesn't have any animation, the sheep you currently have in your avatar obviously moves so copy it from this forum and try to open it if it only has 1 layer don't worry just send me one edited layer of the sheep you would like to use

    (continuing) "Make Frames from Layers" now you should have all the layers of animation but this will only work if the sheep image has various layers (which it must have or it won't move)... any questions just ask :D

    Do it like this.. save your sheep avatar by right cliking on your avatar, you may have it on your desktop or harddrive but do it anyway, then it should be in gif extension, open it with photoshop (im working the CS5 version), click the top left corner of the animation window (there should be an icon that looks like a small arrow and 4 lines? and click on the option that says
