Sciron524, your fix worked beautifully! I'd been so frustrated and sad thinking I would have to try and use commands to skip the quest, but thanks to your detailed explanation I was able to trigger Cicero's arrival and continue with the quests, uninterrupted thus far. You even added a way of getting the first 4 volumes of Cicero's journal for us book collectors and story-lore addicts! I can't thank you enough you have literally saved my game!!! :)
