I know and was about to do it, but ran out of time yesterday. I was this "next person" many times already :smile:. Global values are stored in the savegame, so when I load a savegame, I get the value which has been stored in the savegame, not the value from CK unless it's a constant value. Then, the value will be reset to its default value from CK everytime a savegame is loaded. So, to apply the new timescale to my old savegames, I had to make timescale a constant value. The gameplay settings still don't do anything (at least not the settings I was messing around with)...
