[Suggestion for high heels]

Recently I came across this mod called

Highheels Dress outfits SE CBBE

by Lazman555. I asked the modder if he can make a version for the original skyrim but I got no answer. So I was wondering if someone would be interested in making those high heels or showing me the best way to make high heels for skyrim.

Can Someone make that??? In honor for the FFXV release, it would be awesome to have a shield you can use (with magic of course) like the steadward magic shield but instead have it block physical attacks.
