  1. To all people having this bug: Have you been using this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/102 ? If yes, look no further, you found who messed things up :-) Do not use this tool, it appears to damage .ini files in a strange way.
  2. I am sorry sir, SSex and Settlements Expanded are two mods that are extremely different from each other. See for yourself: - SSex: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1145/? - Settlements Expanded: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1062/? I had a similar issue as OP, I did a game cache integrity check, which fixed the crash issue but now my mods are absolutely broken (my save seems not to be broken though, I didn't have a lot of mods anyway). I'm trying a fresh install and will tell you how it goes.
  3. First things first, it appears our fellow nexus user never achieved to make mods work, meaning the save cannot have been corrupted by mods. Starting all over again is likely to provide no benefit at all on this matter. About the original problem. I now encounter a similar issue, though mods used to work perfectly fine for me until today. What did I change then? Well I did not make any change in my installed mods (that have been running smoothly for several days with any issue), but I did verify game cache integrity with Steam and updated NMM to it latest version. Now almost every mod is broken, doesn't work at all or behave in very odd ways. Reinstalling NMM didn't change anything, reinstalling mods using NMM didn't change anything and even manually reinstalling mods didn't fix the problem. I also tried to check my .ini files, didn't change anything. I see two possibilities: - Verifying game cache integrity breaks mods in such way it is impossible to fix. - NMM update did something that corrupted installed mods. Anyway, considering I have a similar issue (and yours seems to be happening at the exact same time) I believe it is unrelated to mods and most likely to be out of our hands.
  4. Well actually I have a similar bug that appeared just after checking FO4 cache integrity AND installing the new update but the odd part is : some mods do work as intended (Spring Cleaning), some behave extremely weirdly (Darker Nights doesn't care about my settings, it roll backed to lightest setting while I chosed darkest) and some other mods simply don't work anymore, even after reinstallation, which is particularly annoying...
