Whilst installing mods for Skyrim SE, had to do an emergency shutdown while the NMM was open, though it wasnt installing anything at the time. When everything was back up and running NMM shows no mods have been installed and everything has been unchecked, however the plugin list shows I do indeed have mods installed. Do I need to uninstall everything and do it again?

moving mods form one hdd to another

I'm wanting to move my Skyrim SE mods from their original place on my C: drive to my D: drive. The game is on my D: drive and the NMM is on the C: drive, and i have no mods installed. Is it as easy as moving/copying the folders or do I need to move the whole Program and all?
