  1. Would it be hard to make a mod which keeps the aliens stats/difficulty as the Commander difficulty, but with the increased missions, number of enemies and investigation times as Legendary difficulty? Ive never modded XCOM =(
  2. A mod in which enemies are the same difficulty as Commander, but with the increased enemies and missions, and longer investigation times as the Legendary difficulty!
  3. I have many mods installed, and the game runs fine. No errors on TE5Edit. I have made a TE5Merged, Bashed, and reproccer (with the reproccer patches). The problem is the topic title: some NPCs are too weak. I've just started the game, but I've been told it shouldn't be like this. I've checked some NPCs, and this was the result: Ghost Level 10 = 190 HP. Ghost Level 20 = 365 HP. Bandit Level 1 (OBIS) = 35 HP Taverner Level 4 = 70 HP. Even though the HP scales with the level, it is too low. I use SkyRe, and they die in 1 hit sometimes. Any ideas? This is my load order: http://pastebin.com/y5gHrpSY Thanks.
