Hi. Simple question: How do you make Drain Skill spells on Self? I've used the Altar of Spellmaking, but I only have options for Magnitude, Duration and Range, as well as the desired skill. All spells made this way turn up as Touch spells. No option for Self nor Target. What's the problem?
