  1. Oh my god thank you! turning off bHookLightCriticalSections solved all of the stuttering issues, I also took your advise by turning off better game performance and adjusting my enblocal.ini so hopefully the game should be running more stable from now on. cheers for the help guys, I can't believe it worked!
  2. I've tried to add/increase the heap allocation on both NVSE and NVSR but neither seemed to work; I saw on one thread that NVSR's 'replace heap' does not seem to work in the latest build but I'm not too sure about that. Another note to add is that my load order is sorted by LOOT, but I know LOOT sometimes does not sort out your load order correctly which sometimes causes problems. Also I seem to be getting the crash 'out of memory' which should relate to the Heap patches but increasing it does not seem to fix the issue (Note. The lag and stutter seem to happen whenever, NOT right before the 'out of memory' crash) Interestingly the 'out of memory' crash was not occurring a couple of days ago when I first started my play through.
  3. Every time I mod Fallout New Vegas even just slightly I always seem to get this bug where the game will have a massive frame drop every time an event occurs e.g. aiming down sights, shooting ground, being shot at, changing weapon and many more. below is a video I uploaded of the problem, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmyPuZMg2gk&feature=youtu.be I've tried multiple fixes but cant seem to find the same problem online anywhere. I've got stutter remover installed but it does not seem to fix the issue and I've also fiddled with the inis a little, with things like threaded AI any help would be truly appreciated  here is my current load order, FalloutNV.esmDeadMoney.esmHonestHearts.esmOldWorldBlues.esmLonesomeRoad.esmGunRunnersArsenal.esmYUP - Base Game + All DLC.esmoHUD.esmInterior Lighting Overhaul - Core.esmNew Vegas Redesigned 3.esmFCOMaster.esm ------------------------------------ (turned off for redesigned 3)Casa Madrid Redesigned.espGomorrah Redesigned v2.espInterior Lighting Overhaul - L38PS.esmYUP - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC).espMiscItemIconsNV.espFCO - GlowingOne.espboa ncrpahelmet.espBoacombat2glove.espImproved Sound FX.espEVE FNV - ALL DLC.espdD - Enhanced Blood Main NV.espImproved Sound FX - Weapon Sharing Fix.espImproved Sound FX - GRA.espImproved Sound FX - Merged Major DLCs.espImproved Sound FX - EVE.espThe Mod Configuration Menu.espThe Weapon Mod Menu.espOmegared99 - Enb Transparency Fix.espInterior Lighting Overhaul - Ultimate Edition.espNew Vegas Redesigned 3.espFNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting - Enhanced.espRWD-NV v1.4 [standard Version].espManualReload-OldWorldBlues.espManualReload.espReal Recoil.espILO - YUP Patch.espCASM with MCM.espXFO - 9a - Enemies - AI revamp.espXFO - 9da - Enemies - NPC Healing - low.espFlashlightNVSE.espBetter Game Performance.esp
  4. I recently installed a fresh copy of fallout new vegas with installing about a dozen mods, but there seems to be a problem, this being a MASSIVE delay when opening containers or looking at the pip-boy; there also seems to be a problem when turning the camera around which causes massive amount of lag making the game unplayable. I saw a couple of posts saying that lowering the water multi sampling option should stop the lag when turning the camera but this was unsuccessful, as for the delay I saw a post explaing about updating the drivers for your GPU may help but that was 5 years ago and I know for a fact that they are up to date. I am also running an enb but disabling it does not seem to solve these issues, it seems to me that it maybe script lag but I cannot find anything about solving that issue my PC is defiantly powerful enough to run all of these as I can currently run a fully modded out skyrim with an enb installed so that cant be the problem either. any help would be must appreciated.
