I have the same problem. was playing f4 when game ctd'd. checked steam, a small download was in progress, 67%@160+ kb, exited steam, went back and download had finished. restarted as normal, game wouldn't load, launcher stuck in loop, just keeps loading the launcher, never does start game. deactivated all mods, same problem. verified cache in steam, updated two files that didn't validate., same problem, game never does start, the launcher just keeps looping. even launching game using steam, same problem. launch screen starts, click 'play', launches 'launcher', over and over and over, ad infinitum. your suggestions are welcome. thx, - NVM
