Yes I am, If Deadly Reflex takes away too much FPS i can uninstall it

Hey guys, I am running OBGE Max settings, OBSE, Bananasplit Better cities, Oscuros's Oblivion Overhaul, Quarl's Texture Pack, Natural Environments, Sky Cycling mod, Realistic Weather, and I was thinking about downloading Deadly Reflex. I know these are very FPS heavy mods, but my Rig has Intel i5 icore quadcore 3570 processor Zotac ZT GeForce GTX 970 video Card Corsair Vengeance 16 GB RAM Asrock Motherboard *If need any more info on parts let me know* I'm trying to hit at least 60 FPS on this, would this be reasonable? I was thinking about downloading the mod that extends Oblivion to 64 bit

Alright guys thanks for helping me out but one last problem and i need a STEP BY STEP reply. How can i use Wrye Bash to fix up Better Cities and MMM with OOO? the Better Cities are not mergable, and yes i have the bashed Patch in Wrye Bash. Step by step Instructions PLEASE!

Hey guys i have downloaded Oscuros Oblivion Oerhaul with Martigen's Monster Mod with ease, only problem is that Oblivion wont start. I have Better Cities and yes i know they should all be towards the end of my load order. When i unclick Better cities it works Just fine. Can i somehow make these three mods compatible?
