So I'm new to the geck in Fallout New Vegas and I have been following the tutorials made by Seddon on youtube, most of you probably know them even though not all of them are up to date. I'm having an issue with something, I know it's possible because it happens in-game and I've seen it in mods as well, so it's scriptable, I just can't find any of these scripts in the geck. Basically in my quest mod, I want an NPC to die as I enter a trigger, but the player is not the one who killed that NPC, he is scripted to die as the player enters the trigger. It sounds so simple, that's why I'm so frustrated that I can't get it to work. Here's the script that doesn't work: scn johndeathscript1 ; this is the name of the script, John is the name of the NPC begin ontriggerenter player ; you all know what this means if 0FCQuest.getstage >=20 ; this is the problem, I think, "0FCQuest" is the name of my quest, and I want the NPC to die during and after stage 20 JohnRef.GetDead ; I'm not sure this is a huge problem, though I tried both "GetDead" and "KillActor", they both work, it's really endif the above line that is a problem ("JohnRef" is the reference ID of the NPC) end Please help, any support is welcome.

Well, the title says it all, my character is blocking even when I'm not trying to block. So it's really irritating and I can't sheath my weapons! Help plz?

Why shouldn't they be ? I mean, they ARE trying to survive and when do you see them kill people for they tech ? They are tech raiders but I don't think they are to the point of killing the innocent...

I did do a clean up the other day, but I played right after... The .esm file is on the CD-ROM, but I lost that too... God hates me... I'm trying to find it and I'll keep an update.

Well I don't really know what to say... Did you try re-installing it ? It might just be that your computer is filled up or your game is corrupted. Anyway, someone with better experience than me will pop by and save your but. Good luck !

As the title said, Steam said each time I ran the game "This game is currently unavailable. Try again later." Later: Same message. Is it broken, am I in the s*** ? EDIT: I have a way better problem: my FalloutNV.esp file is MISSING !!!!! What to do please ?

Well, sly, that would mean a defeat for NCR .°/ But evryone there taste...

Us making those propositions, that won't change Bethesda's choice if already made. But some have pretty good ideas ! So then they are people who want it in NY, some of them want undergrounds, others, not. Like me. Russia or china would be kinda nice, but Ceasar's Laegion or even BoS aren't there .°/ Except if they migrated, or one of BoS or Ceasar's L. took a plane there before the bombs, survived, had kids, tough the kid his ways of his clans, etc. etc. Some other places in the US would rock too, like Seattle, Kansas, New Orleans,... But who went too see a picture ? Why not south America ! In the deforested Amazon forest or Buenos Aires !

Chicago would be awesome. Main battle: Legion vs BoS or Legion vs Enclave or BoS vs Enclave, maybe some can join up to be more powerfull. The storyline could be nice over there, the gameplay too.

Hello guys, so I was wondering around, looking for cheats for FNV (:D) and made it here somehow... At first, I only was looking at mods in the nexus, thou, I didn't know of the forum. I discovered it over 3 or 4 month ago, and did a few posts in the only section that madders to me (FNV) and it is very nice, the forum, very instructive. The amount of people there is here is astonishing ! The ambiance in here is very cool too, people joking around, being stupid or funny. Now a bit more about me x). So, I live in the north of France, with my South African accent, I'm 16 and a half, I'll be 17 the 11th of May. I attend a High School in Chantilly and I'm in my second year of science. I like Biology, Algebra, but I don't really am a fan of Geometry, I'm quite good at maths, my teachers like me. I hate French and Chemistry, my teachers don't even encourage me. So anyway I am a member and sometimes mod/admin on a lot of animation forums, I do quite good s***, but I scaled back a little ans my animations aren't as great as before. But I still have good relations and I participate and encourage other animators. I also do RPG because I am an idiot. It actually improves my way of writing well or more like the orthography of my texts. But I suck in English. I really like this forum because there is a lot of help here and a lot of good people and comments. Thanks for reading ! Tom./
