  1. Sadly, none of those fixed the issue. I managed to go back to an earlier save and was able to leave the mine this time, only to crash on my way back to Balmora. Hadn't had one of those crashes before, only when I tried interacting with certain things. I think MGSO is just not going to work on my PC for some reason, I re-installed it like 5 times already, tried a bunch of stuff and different settings but no luck. Thanks for the response though.
  2. Just realised I should've posted this in the mod troubleshooting section. sorry about that.
  3. Okay guys, so I recently bought Morrowind from steam, had never played it before. So I installed it, installed the Overhaul 3.0 mod afterwards, and everything works fine. However there seem to be certain 'triggers' that will make my game crash 10/10 times. For instance I found a specific urn I simply couldn't open without crashing. The worst triggers are caves however. I was stuck in a cave called Adanumuran, because everytime I'd try to exit Morrowind.exe would stop responding. I decided to ignore it, hoping it would just be that one cave and that one urn. However I am now stuck in Shulk Egg Mine. I can't exit it, I've tried like 20 times already. I've looked everywhere for a fix but can't find one, I don't have any other mods installed. Any kind of help would be appreciated, I'm really enjoying the game and would really like to play it with the Overhaul installed, however these crashes are literally gamebreaking and I'm trapped inside a mine because of it.
  4. I had no idea, thanks a lot I will definitely try this!
  5. Alright people, I played Oblivion for a while some time ago, with plenty of mods and my video settings set to high-very high, no lag EVER. After a while I started noticing lag and weird textures after installing more and more mods and decided to stop playing and just uninstall the game, this was about 3 months ago. Today I reinstalled Oblivion totally vanilla, no mods and no old save games, and the game is just unplayable, it doesn't matter if I put the graphics low or high, there's just a weird unexplainable lag, indoor and out. My drivers are up to date. There are my specs: CPU: Intel® Core i5 CPU U 520 @ 1.07GHz CPU Speed: 1.1 GHz Performance Rated at: 2.2 GHz RAM: 3.8 GB OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 64-bit Graphics: GeForce GT 335M Video RAM: 2.6 GB DirectX 11.0 This is really weird, hope someone can help.
  6. Alright so i have Fallout NV with the newest patches and got the newest version of the GECK, each time I try to load my FalloutNV.esm (nothing more)the GECK crashes instantly or at around 4% of the loading of the esm. I have Windows 7. I have no idea why this is happening, help please? -Edit NVM it works now.
  7. Oblivion is a good game but what makes it great is the world and the mods imo, fallout 3 has far more interesting quests and characters, not to mention you actually have speech options, something that oblivion always lacked. As far as realism goes dont praise Oblivion while bitching about realism, I think theyre both games that need to be played with a little bit of imagination, seriously if you would die after 1 shot everyone would hate it.
