Id like someone to do a cleaned up version of the vertibird in the Remnants bunker, with the complete E on the side for an Enclave mod im working on if someone wouldnt mind.

Yeah connect it with the BOS and their war with the NCR aswel as having the legion come in on a 3rd front, and have the Enclave take over Big MT and allow the player to join up with them (In a lore friendly way of course) seriously that place has Enclave havent written all over it and you got plenty of military installations to work with ranging from Helios One, to the facilities in the Divide(not saying they should completely be center field of the mod but controlling the masses from behind the scenes like puppets and preparing their FEV. Frank Horrigan needs to make a return and not the clone like Voci made i mean the real one. You also should bring back the Master and his army at mariposa. -
Could someone create a nuke mod from the launching of the divide missles? Similar to the orbital strike from FO3 but a single missle (like when you launch the one in the divide) with a nuke explosion

I was thinking maybe someone could convert Big MT into an Enclave haven, with some quests in joining them and helping develope the FEV virus and experiemental weapons (Add in Frank horrigan, Richardson, and all the FO2 Characters of the Enclave. Maybe utilize the Oil rig on the Nexus put that in somewhere in the area aswell. Its the perfect military installation and seeing as they are the only ones with aircraft it makes it practicable. Let me know if anyone is interested in this idea

Looking for a good modder for a request, in porting the Poseidon energy oil rig made for New Vegas over to Fallout 3 and integrate it in with the Enclave maybe even create a Navarro base aswell, and maybe some quests in joining them or something (I love the Enclave lol)

Lol this is why i love fallout, only problem is everyone thinks in black and white when the whole game is based on the grey area. There isnt any good or bad in fallout, its about survival and doing what needs to be done. All the factions have their faults, and its up to the player to pick one that seems to fit him or her best lol. Obviously by my name you know which one i picked rofl, also most of these questions and statements are answered at the End of Lonesome Road. Because Ulysses has seen them both for what they are and how they will all end (A beautifuly crafted DLC and best of the selection)

It looks like a promising mod but i have a question on the plot, If the brotherhood sees the dome why would they have a peaceful solution. If they are the true brotherhood they would just kill everyone like the NCR and take the tech for themselfs instead of trying to end the said chaos of the wasteland in which they dont care about lol. Because no one wants a replay of that lame excuse in the fallout series called FO3 lol. -

Lol this info interesting but is beside the point lmao, Since the gun already in Honest hearts is 45 acp. i mean to leave it as the caliber that it already has set and just remodel the gun itself and give it a different sound. -

Lol yes thats a 1911A1, the A2 is 45.acp but its the same type of build just remodel the gun and keep the current caliber, should also give it a better sound too -

An Enclave Facility preferably underground, remove all space for Small guns Energy and Big guns only. High tech facility with a Medical Lab, Armory (Obviously) Barracks for Followers, The texture flow should be something of a combination of the ones used in the Remnants Bunker and Big MT facilities, and to make it more lively add some troops to the barracks and scientists around the facility. Along with some turrents, should have a lot of Enclave posters and Posieden Energy posters aswell as i think it should be located in Helios One maybe have a quest for the Enclave to reclaim the plant and clean/secure it aswell as fortify it

Lol im not saying they didnt take losses, hell yeah they took losses, but only to an extent i would say the Number of Enclave killed in fallout 3 could only be a couple 100 at the most and thats pushing it (I doubt the majority of them would just sit on the Oil rig and let it blow lol aswell as the rig had a probably hundreds of Vertibirds). As for the leaders, if the president were killed today they would just bring someone else into his position immediatly following that wouldnt be hard to do aswell it seems there is still some form of congress in the Enclave. (2 Responce) thats not what im saying obviously it was there before the war im saying they had to fly from the west coast across the United states in order to get to that facility. (3 Responce) yes he does talk briefly about the FEV plan that was implemented in the past but i was refering to the Facilities Oil rig, Navarro not the FEV plan (4 Responce) Probably i dont think there are aliens or any of that s*** there but that is where they test prototype aircraft and weapons, and due to the sheer size of the facility id pick that for a logical base for them, there are other places aswell but due to them being the only ones with vertibirds it just fits (Maybe we will see it up and running in the Future Fallout MMorpg coming up by Interplay. (5 Responce) Indeed you can only rehash the Final solution so many times before it just gets lame lol... I think they should be increasing war between other factions playing behind the scenes and when the smoke clears you get to see them emerge on top -

1. The Pentagon yes had some damage but the facility precentage wise is still majority intact, besides what they did at the purifier they could easily fortify the gaps. Sure you cant just use any military installation as a means of an HQ but with the amount of Knowledge and most advanced tech of anybody else in the wasteland it wouldnt be hard, not to mention they are the U.S goverment obviously they would plan for losing said facilities i doubt they would just give up due to a loss by a degenerate tribal or some 19 year old kid that manages to kill many special forces trained soldiers.. 2. They obviously had to cross the U.S in order to go from West to East coast... 3. President Eden, made only one reference to Fallout 2, that was the Enclave being lead by President Richardson. The oil rig or Navarro wouldnt have been mentioned due to the fact they have absolutely nothing to do with the Player and Eden communication. Eden was a selected advisor to President Richardson and next in line for leadership had Richardson been killed. Colonel Autumn would have also informed the new president of the status of those facilities due to the fact thats where he came from(well not him specificly) but his Father. 4. I didnt use area 51 as a specific base for just any reason, its the Air Forces main expiermental weapons tech facility, aswell as a massive installation goin who knows how deep underground id suspect far bigger then raven rock. Very off the beaton path which would be perfect for laying low to build numbers and research. My point being that they could easily come back in a major force but i wouldnt want it to be another rehash of FO3 (which was terrible in terms of story and believeability) Theyre would need to be more forces, depending on how Bethesda writes off the ending of New vegas between all the factions involved there. It would need to be a massive clash between powers say the Midwestern BOS, maybe New supermutant army, NCR or Legion maybe neither. Then have the Enclave be secretly steering the groups to destroy each other and be the last man standing or something new along those lines. In my opinion they are by far the most interesting -

Still no proof to support your theory lol, the Pentagon a (MAIN) military installation was nearly untouched by the bombs.. leads to wonder what other installations werent hit(Bombs werent ground detonated to produce the most effective damage), not to mention they were able to cross the U.S by vertibird so it wouldnt really be hard to relink communication to the other military installations. The east coast group didnt know what happened to Navarro as it was classified from them so they wouldnt know only the higher ups. Im also positive they all went along with the Enclaves plans, hell they survived the war because of them so sure theyre were a few that defected but the majority were for the final solution. Fallout 3 as shitty and unbelieveable as it was still gave you the option to destroy the so called "Brotherhood" they left so many holes in the that game i dont see how they even call it lore.. Base possibilities are limitless, hell they may even still have a Navy aircraft carriers, batttleships, Area 51 is a massive underground fortress, they also have all of canada as it was annexed -

I believe we will see them again, due to the fact that the Most advanced and well organized faction in the fallout world (also the American goverment) would plan for situations like these. beng as they did venture out, they could have easily made contact with other regional bases or outposts, besides their are TONS of military installations all over, whos to say they arent in Area 51 or Fort Bragg or many other bases including canada. The Remnants dont know what happen to the rest it could easily be implemented in and i think should but of course would need more factions like New vegas, NCR, Legion, New Vegas populace all bumping heads. Cant have them return without some type of plot emergence because we dont want that disaster of FO3 which was rediculous and completely unbelieveable (no 19 year old kid can take on special forces trained commandos) an army none the less. -
At certain points of the game the game crashes like when i enter the Brotherhood bunker and i get stripped of gear, after talking to McCammera or whatever his name is when i have to deal with the Ncr ranger when it blacks out to put me back at the bunker entrance it crashes the game. The other one i have found is that when i collapse in the brotherhood bunker for Deadmoney because of the gas it also crashes the game. I think it might be mod confliction but i have a ton of mods and i dont really want to go through them 1 by 1 to figure it out because their is a ton of them..

Now im suprised no one has made one yet, Either a new Renoo Mod or Mafia type in New Vegas mod. Seriously I loved the time i spent in New Renoo in Fallout 2 aswell loving even more that i got made with a mafia family. 4 families and creating abunch of things from Mafia 2 game eh suits, guns, face presets (Would love to play as Carlo Falcone) Dealing drugs, prostitution, Gambling, Pornography, Extorting businesses, Doing hits, Selling cigarettes, All that fun offered in a Mod such as this in order to work yourself up to getting made. Then working your way up in one of these families from made man to skipper from skipper to underboss - to boss. Making tons of money and caps. Possibly giving Pre-war money that older style 100 (Not the new one) and make it worth 10k give realistic prices to the chems or make real drugs with real looking packages. This WOULD BE FUN!
